      Special Assistant to the Director

      ECMI is a governmentally funded international institute headquartered in
      Flensburg, Germany. Through its three regional offices it engages in
      cutting edge projects and research on minority issues throughout the OSCE
      region. The Special Assistant to the Director will organize the Director's
      office and assist in the supervision of projects, offer research
      assistance, and provide editing and drafting support for the Director's own
      activities. Candidates should have completed a Masters degree in a
      pertinent discipline (law, government, IR), be native English speakers
      (literally or virtually) and have some experience in ECMI's field of
      activity. The appointment is for one year in the first instance, with
      possibility of renewal.
