      Maria Karageorgou. I come from Greece. I hold two University
      degrees, one in Law and one in Primary Education Teaching.I speak English,
      French, Italian and Russian.I am currently studying at the University of
      Athens, on a Master's Degree in Comparative Education and Human Rights.My
      special field of interest are Minorities (ethnic, linguistic, religious or
      others) and Minority Rights. I am also particularly interested in promoting

      AIESEC Bulgaria. AIESEC is the worlds largest student organisation. AIESEC
      is a global network of 50,000 members across more than 85 countries and
      territories at more than 800 universities world-wide. AIESEC facilitates
      international exchange of thousands of students and recent graduates each
      year. Whether in a paid traineeship or as a volunteer for a non-profit
      organisation, their experiences abroad will undoubtedly affect them
      forever. Behind everything we do is our mission: to contribute to the
      development of our countries and their people with an overriding commitment
      to international understanding and co-operation. AIESEC in Bulgaria is
      established on April 17th, 1990.Since then more than 800 students have
      worked in it.Through our activities we have always aimed at increasing our
      and our colleagues' professional qualification. As a part of the largest
      international student organisation in the world, AIESEC in Bulgaria is
      working on international exchange programmes and projects, thus hoping to
      give its contribution to the development of the young people and and the
      society in Bulgaria and in the Balkans as a whole.In this connection we

        Dan Kvistbo. I am a student of Eastern European (effectively South Eastern European) studies, Political Science and "serbian/croatian/bosnian" language at the University of Copenhagen. I am also a reserve officer with a danish humanitarian governmental organisation and prior to my studies, I worked three years with various NGO's in the former Yugoslavia (mainly Croatia, BiH, Macedonia (FYROM) and Kosovo/a). Initially concentrating on both the language(s) and the history of former Yugoslavia, my focus has turned to the contemporary politics of the successor states, with an emphasis on foreign policy, i.e. in particular a) the respective states' relations with the EU, the UN (not least the ICTY) and other important international and regional actors, and b) their bilateral relations.
