project design and/or project management;

Serbia: As the follow-on to ECMIs assessment in Serbia and Montenegro
approaches the end of its first year, ECMI is in the process of organizing
an external evaluation to be conducted over the period 3-9 September
2006. This evaluation involves extensive in-country travel and carries an
honorarium of 2 000.
Macedonia: This evaluation is for a follow-on project nearing the end of
its second year. The timeframe for this evaluation is 24-28 October 2006,
with an honorarium of 1 500.
