BAHL 2011-2012 Registration Information
There is so much information to cover this week, I will be sending two emails. Today’s email is primarily to get our 2011-2012 Registration information out to current members and talk about our annual Blades for Billings event. Attached is a pdf file that will explain our new registration process. This file will also be available on the youth hockey page of our website.
Squirt Parents – Information on division structure will be available after our April 11th board meeting. Estimated pricing for the proposed travel program is included in the above information and will be adjusted if necessary based on the final, approved Squirt division structure.
Mark your calendars for April 30th for our annual Blades for Billings Fundraising event. Take part in a game of Texas Hold ‘em Poker, Bingo or bid on the great silent auction items available. Doors open at 6:30 pm, with poker and bingo starting at 7:30 pm. Yellowstone Country Club will be our location.
The goal for this year’s event is to cover the expense for our beam painting and joint securing (estimated cost of $20,000). The second item we hope to pay for is the replacement of rotting sprinkler lines on the player bench side of the arena. Repairs to this pipe have cost the arena $3,000 over the past 12 months. Estimated cost of $9,000 to replace this pipe. We need your help with: silent auction item donations, set-up the day of the event, spreading the word through mailings to your friends/co-workers/family about the event, clean-up after the event, and of course we want you to attend!
