Coming to Marin's Dominican University just in time for a special
Valentine's celebration is an evening of acappella vocalizing, featuring
several of California's internationally acclaimed quartets. The "Love:
California Style" concert will have you swooning over the glamour, glitter,
and gorgeous harmonies as each quartet sings a romantic tune by the most
beloved composers of the 20th Century.

Headlining the gala event are the Razzcals and Fanatix, two internationally
acclaimed, top-ten award-winning championship medallists in the realm of
women's barbershop harmony. (You can visit their respective websites at
      http://www.razzcals.com; http://www.harmonize.com/fanatix.)

Special guests include Total Chaos, an award-winning men's quartet of high
school barbershop singers from Santa Rosa. Plus, a number of honey-voiced
quartets from Pacific Empire Chorus-the Petaluma, CA-based all-women's
barbershop chorus-are guaranteed to woo the hometown crowd. The quartets
will join together for a rousing choral finale.

Showtime for "Love, California Style!" is 7:30 pm, Saturday February 10 at
Angelico Hall on the Campus of Marin's Dominican University (Grand Avenue at
Acacia Avenue, San Rafael). Tickets are $15 and available by calling Wendy
Gibson at (415) 883-2909 or email BassOnQ@.... Visit the Love:
      California Style website at http://www.pacificempire.org/lovecastyle.

A special "afterglow" party featuring more singing and refreshments will
follow at San Rafael Joe's Restaurant, 931 Fourth St., San Rafael; (415)
456-2425. Tickets ($10) for the afterglow will be available at the show.
