The PWC continues its commitment to contemporary music, performing works by Penderecki, Filipino composer Saunder Choi, and a world premiere by Frank Ferko.
In addition, the PWC will host the New Music for Treble Voices festival in Palo Alto. As a stirring finale to its 46th season, the PWC will join the Golden Gate Men’s Chorus in spring concerts featuring the West Coast premiere of Syrian-born composer Kareem Roustom’s The Son of Man, a new mystical oratorio based on texts by Kahlil Gibran.
