This lovely program presents Psalm settings by composers range from Byrd, Gabrieli and Gibbons to Bach, Mendelssohn, Bortniansky and Bobby McFerrin. Set to twenty different Psalms, in six different languages, each work is a wonderful, highly individual, evocation of the Psalm text.
