      Join Susan Hellauer and Marsha Genensky of Anonymous4 for an all-day session of CHANT CAMP.  A few openings are left to join this interactive workshop dedicated to the art and singing of chant - Saturday, April 18, 9:30 am-4:30 pm.

      Topics covered in the workshop include:  singing from original notation; medieval Vespers hymns; Frankish tropes and sequences; Hungarian plainchant; Hildegard of Bingen; chant for St. James from the magnificent Codex Calixtinus; prayer tones; the Marian antiphons of Compline; and plenty of group singing to solidify what you learn.  Cost is $60 and includes all materials and a post-workshop reception with Susan and Marsha.  This session is hosted by San Francisco Renaissance Voices and you can pre-register on their website:  www.SFRV.org.  Class size is limited and early registration is recommended!
