Here are the racial placings from this year's tournament. IDs are the
first initial of the race and the player number for that race.

      points - ID
      54 - H4 (Drakh)
      39 - C2
      31 - N2 (Drakh)
      25 - H1
      25 - C1
      22 - H2 (Drakh)
      21 - M1
      21 - M2
      18.5 - L1 (Drakh)
      16 - N1
      11 - L2
      8.5 - H3

      Centauri average points: 32
      Human average points: 27.375
      Narn average points: 23.5
      Minbari average points: 21
      League average points: 14.75

      Drakh average points: 31.375
      Non-Drakh average points: 20.1825

Observations (ie - belaboring the obvious) ...
... The two Minbari decks tied in total points, with one scoring 3
second-place finishes and the other scoring a first, a second, and a
      third.
... On average, the Centauri decks performed the best ... even without
      ever going Drakh.
... On average, the League decks performed the worst.
      ... H1 scored 2, 3, 1(SV). C1 scored 1(SV), 2, 3. They played
against each other in the third round.
... The average score of Michigan residents (5) was 20.6 (including
both ties). The average score of Ohio residents (4) was 29.375.
      Everybody else (3) averaged 23.83.
... The winning deck was determined by group concensus to be "Total
Cheese" and will be submerged in a vat of hot near-cheese (ie -
Velveeta at the concession stand) if it shows up next year. The
winner agreed to retire the deck instead.
... The GM's League of (not-so) Evil actually successfully Explored
Vorlon Space in the first round, surprising everyone (including
himself). The deck will be posted at some later date for critical
      dissection/criticism/ridicule.
