Bob, I use the Strike as a preventative and apply it once the plants start to candle or are showing some opening. After a rain, I'm always on the look-out

Group Description

The azaleas mail list is the list for anyone who wants to know more about azaleas—and for anyone who already knows and is willing to share their knowledge.

Azaleas are in the genus Rhododendron. Some are evergreen and some are deciduous. Deciduous azalea colors range from white to purple, pink, red, orange and yellow. Evergreen azalea colors are similar, except not yellow.

Click azalea pictures for pictures of azaleas, plant trips, and Azalea Society activities. Click Azalea Society to go to the Azalea Society website, your gateway to much more azalea information.
