Azalea varieties seem to go out of fashion all too quickly and cease to be offered by nurseries.  Often the past popular varieties like the Glendale Eros, have to be rooted from remaining plants.  I did find a nursery in  Oregon that listed Eros.  Here is their contact information and a description of Eros.

Eros- HARDY TO 0F. 1' - 2' TALL & 2' - 3' WIDE, OVAL GROWTH HABIT. THIS MODERATE GROWING SHRUB REQUIRES LATE DAY SHADE. BLOOMS SINGLE SALMON FLOWERS IN LATE SPRING. FOLIAGE IS DARK GREEN YEAR-ROUND. REQUIRES FAIR DRAINING, ACIDIC SOIL.
