AYURVEDA- is the science of living, developed meticulously by the devout 'Rishis' of ancient India. This is the study based on the fundamental principles of 'Panchabootha' [earth ,water ,air , fire and space.] exsisting in nature and inside man.
This Indian system of safe health care emphasis on the prevention of ailments with no side effects. Ayurveda helps to attain harmonious balance of the three functional vital energies [the Vatha, Pitta and Kappha] enabling you to enjoy a healthy life. Ayurvedic therapy along with Yoga practice is the Holistic Way to attain mental and physical rejuvenation, happiness and longevity.

YOGA-Yoga means join. Yoga is an ancient science of union of body and mind,
mind and athma[spirit]and the practice of yoga is the most hopeful,
optimistic approach to life. In this modern age where any human is under
stress and strain Yoga practice especially Hatha yoga and Raja yoga claims
much importance .Yoga asanas[physical postures]and pranayama [breathing
exercises] comprising the Hatha Yoga is the most popular yoga practice
today. We offer the study of a few simple basics of Yoga.
