Yes, most growers that take plants to show use bloom boosters. I have
a regular fertilizer program before show.
I usually use 20-20-20, but go to 12-36-14, then 10-52-10, using Fish
emulsion and ocassionally other things like Granny's Bloomers or other
A lot of foliar feeding is done at this time as well. I usually have
pretty nice looking plants.
That goes as well for trailers and minis and semis. What you really
have to watch out for are minis and semis suckering during the period
when you are disbudding before show.
