Only about 6 weeks to the O-Aust Kits Aus7 ExpO!

If you have been living on another planet and missed all the advertising, the exhibition will be held at the
Casula Power House between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Saturday March 1 2014.

Over the last few weeks multiple individual emails, and some letters, have made contact with all exhibitors, and traders. All is nearly in place for a memorable celebration of O Scale modelling in Australia.

O.K. Let’s assume you are not an exhibitor or a trader, but you thought you might just turn up on the day.

That’s fine, you will be most welcome. Bring a friend or two, admission is only $10, Seniors $8 and a family ticket just $25.

You will see 15 O scale layouts (both standard and narrow gauge) and be able watch tree building clinics conducted throughout the course of the day.
Five specialist O scale traders will also be in attendance.
About 2/3 of the O scale layouts present on the 1st March are, at the time of writing, still under construction! This will be your first chance to view them in very pleasant surroundings. It also might be your own only chance as some may not be exhibited again.

The Bellbird cafe, part of the CPHAC will be open all day , great coffee, snacks and quality light lunches. This one – off exhibition, the celebration of the tent anniversary of the founding of this group will be a day to remember.

This is a one day event only, but does tie in with the "Thirlmere Festival of Steam", http://www.thirlmerefestivalofsteam.com.au/ which will be running on Sunday March 2nd, so a great excuse for a weekend of variety, with both model and 1:1 railway related activities.

Hoping to see many faces over the weekend, especially those with O Scale modelling interests. Its a bit of a rare thing these days to have the chance to see such a collection of O Scale models and layouts on public show all at the one time.

      Cheers,
      Dan Pickard
