      Level I - Network Operation Engineers (10 positions)

      Perform Network Monitoring for EMEA, ASPAC and Japan.
      Answer and respond to phone calls from clients, vendors and other
      internal CTI organizations.
      Develops, improves, implements and delivers superior Network
      Operations support to the Citibank infrastructure.
      Assist in coordinating outage conference calls and performs business
      and management notification.
      Complete daily/weekly/ monthly/quarterl y and annual tasks.
      Monitor multiple fault management platforms and react to alerts.
      Develops and maintains external relationships with the global team.
      Fosters innovation. Working with Engineering colleagues, ensures our
      support services stay current/ahead of the market.
      Develop and track solutions to existing control issues, and ensure
      ongoing self-identification of control issues.
      1-year experience working with Cisco routers and switches.
      Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word,
      etc.
      Customer service skills.
      Level II - Network Engineers (7 positions)

      Perform level2 type troubleshooting for EMEA, ASPAC and Japan.
      Answer and respond to phone calls from clients, vendors and other
      internal CTI organizations.
      Develops, improves, implements and delivers superior Network
      Operations support to the bank's infrastructure.
      Assist in coordinating outage conference calls and performs business
      and management notification.
      Escalate issues and/or outages to GNCC level3.
      Refer issues to various vendors and perform follow up.
      Complete daily/weekly/ monthly/quarterl y and annual tasks.
      Develops and maintains external relationships with the global team.
      Fosters innovation. Working with Engineering colleagues, ensures our
      support services stay current/ahead of the market.
      Develop and track solutions to existing control issues, and ensure
      ongoing self-identification of control issues.
      2-5 years experience working with Cisco routers and switches.
      Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word,
      etc.
      Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.
      Good working knowledge of Local Area Networks (LANs)
      Good working knowledge of Wide Area networks (WANs) (T1s, T3s, Frame
      Relay, ISDN etc).
      Good working knowledge of at least three of the following routing
      protocols: EIGRP, IGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP.
      Excellent problem solving skills
      Level III - Network Specialists (4 positions)

      Perform level3 type troubleshooting for EMEA, ASPAC and Japan
      regions for chronic and/or critical problems.
      Assist in root causing any and all outages
      Develops, improves, implements and delivers superior Network
      Operations support to the Bank's infrastructure.
      Escalate issues and/or outages to regional and/or global
      engineering.
      Perform proactive audits on network devices.
      Develops and maintains external relationships with the global team.
      Fosters innovation. Working with Engineering colleagues, ensures our
      support services stay current/ahead of the market.
      Develop and track solutions to existing control issues, and ensure
      ongoing self-identification of control issues.
      Oversight various tasks.
      Perform root cause analysis on sev#1 type outages.
      5+ years experience working with Cisco routers and switches.
      Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word,
      etc.
      Must be certified as a Cisco CCNA and CCNP
      CCIE certification is preferred but not required
      Strong working knowledge of Local Area Networks(LANs) .
      Strong working knowledge of Wide Area Networks (WANs) (T1s, T3s,
      Frame Relay, ISDN etc).
      Strong working knowledge of at least three of the following routing
      protocols: EIGRP, IGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP.
      Strong working knowledge of al least three of the following media
      types: Fastethernet, FDDI, Token Ring, ATM, POSIP, and Gigabit.
      Strong working knowledge of sniffers and probes.
      Network Change Control Engineers (3 postions)

      Perform the physical implementation of all network changes for the
      Global Network.
      Responsible for all pre and post check outs for each change
      implemented.
      Work with the customer on the coordination of all network changes.
      Perform problem determination during/after the implementation of a
      change.
      Escalate change related issues and/or outages to regional and/or
      global engineering.
      Work directly with the regional engineering teams on change related
      items
      Develops and maintains external relationships with the global team.
      Fosters innovation. Working with Engineering colleagues, ensures our
      support services stay current/ahead of the market.
      Develop and track solutions to existing control issues, and ensure
      ongoing self-identification of control issues.
      2-5 years experience working with Cisco routers and switches.

      etc.
      Cisco Certification – CCNA & CCNP preferred.

      Supervise a shift of level1 and level2 technicians that can range in
      size from 10-25 people that have operational responsibility for
      EMEA, ASPAC and LATAM.
      This technical position will have strategic level impact through
      involvement with project and engineering teams focused on
      implementation of corporate strategies and standards.
      Develops, improves, implements and delivers superior Network
      Operations support to the Bank's infrastructure.
      Escalate issues and/or outages to GNCC level3 and management.
      Participate in business and vendor quarterly reviews.
      Produce and QA business reports and statistics.
      Develops and maintains external relationships with the global team.
      Fosters innovation. Working with Engineering colleagues, ensures our
      support services stay current/ahead of the market.
      Develop and track solutions to existing control issues, and ensure
      ongoing self-identification of control issues.
      3-5 years experience working with Cisco routers and switches.
      Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word,
      etc.
      Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP) preferred.
