        The Old Woodworking site Sears list has the
        following info for 239.

        239 __?__ (flex-shafts for electric motors)

        As you can see, they don't have the manufactures
        name on that.

        Also, the Sears Parts area is down for maintenance
        at the moment, 10:41 MST.
