      Nielsen Media Research has created an Asian Pacific American
      Advisory Council (APAAC) to advise the company on issues connected
      to the sampling of Asian Pacific Americans for TV audience
      measurements.

      In addition, the Council will work with Nielsen on community
      outreach. The Asian American Advertising Federation (3AF) also
      works with Nielsen Media Research as a community partner.

      APAAC first met on November 15 in New York City with Jimmy D. Lee,
      Commissioner of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and
      Pacific Islanders, and Don Nakanishi, Ph.D., Director of the Asian
      American Studies Center at the University of California as Council
      Co-Chairpersons.

      The 11 community, civic and business leaders on the council include:

      ** Tomas L. Consunji, Sr Director/Sales and Marketing at ABS-CBN
      International (The Filipino Channel)

      ** John Thai Dinh, Director/Programs at Little Saigon Television

      ** Alice Lee, Director/Marketing and Research at LA 18/KSCI
      Television Channel 18

      ** Karen Narasaki, Esq., President and Executive Director of the
      Asian American Justice Center

      ** Michael Sherman, GM of KTSF Television Channel 26

      ** Nita Song, President of IW Group, Inc.

      ** Anil Srivatsa, EVP/Affiliate Sales and New Business Development
      at ImaginAsian Television

      ** Doua Thor, Executive Director at Southeast Asia Resource Action
      Center

      ** Jerry Wong, Information Services Specialist at the U.S. Census
      Bureau
