      Game Networks Conference & Expo
      April 27 - 28, 2004 l Long Beach, California

What: GAME NETWORKS networking infrastructure for the next
      generation of online games
      When: Tuesday, April 27 - Wednesday, April 28, 2004

Where: Hyatt Regency Hotel, Long Beach, California

Game Networks Conference & Expo focuses on the collaboration between
game content developers, broadband service providers and
infrastructure enabling solutions to deliver the next generation of
      online game services.

Game Networks is essentially an infrastructure-centric conference.
The most important network attribute for the premium online gaming
experience is consistent and controlled low latency across the
network. This is especially required for multiplayer games where the
network must not be a significant limiting factor, especially for
reaction-based interactive games. A true premium gaming service
provides assured performance across all network service elements ?
gaming server, the IP backbone and the network edge.

Game Networks explores the business models, infrastructure
implications, game design/production challenges and partnering
prospects between content developers and broadband service

Attendees will takeaway from the conference a greater understanding
on the technical challenges and opportunities available in a
broadband-enabled, intelligent IP network platform that delivers
much more than the current best effort game performance.

      Explorer new business opportunities in:

Partnerships Between Broadband Carriers and Game Developers
Online Game Infrastructure: hosting, hardware and bandwidth
      Localized Content Delivery
Network Engine and Backend Infrastructure Requirements for MMOG
      Enhanced Gameplay Support Services
Game Networks will be instrumental in the development of a rich, new
online gaming experience that drives revenues for both the game
publisher/developer community and the broadband network operator.

Broadband is fast approaching, and is hitting many homes in the U.S.
As the number of surfers accessing the Internet via a high-speed
connection is growing, today's broadband ISPs are facing a challenge
to remain profitable while continuing to enhance their consumer
experience. But the question is how to come up with such compelling
content and services that will motivate modern users to adopt
broadband services, while maximizing subscriber value.

The answer lies in online gaming. More specifically, it is the
massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) that offers dynamic media-
rich content with a strong focus on community building and revenue
      generation via monthly subscription.

Currently, there are several MMOG on the market expected to generate
well over $300 million in lifetime revenues.

Through K2 Network's simple and direct revenue partnership made
possible between leading broadband ISPs and innovative MMOG
developers worldwide, we help to solve today's most pressing
challenge on Internet telecom business - profitability.
