Subject: [art_education] Any ideas on making a portfolio folder

I want the students to have something to keep their work in that they don't have to buy. I am trying Corrugated Boxes right now but realized yesterday that it takes a ton of boxes, hard on the cutter and may end up a waste of time if I use lighter paper. I have tried cardboard but my design of having hole punches on sides to tie cord into eventually tears out. Maybe masking tape on the sides? Any ideas?

      Thank you,
