      Misty -

      Several resources that I use:

The usefulness of all this depends, though, on exactly what your
district wants you to create. Are they seeking a broad curriculum that
professional teachers can use as a base for planning and delivering
lessons or (I've seen this more than I'd like to admit) are they looking
for a list of activities - a list that can be replicated in every school
across the district? You may have a great opportunity to educate about
best practices in art education! It's also a good idea to check by
NAEA's site and to run "curriculum" in their search window.

Good luck with the process -

Joyce (who recommends bringing lots of dark chocolate to curriculum
      sessions for medicinal reasons...)
