Native American art - Medicine Bags
- Dear Art Educators,
I am breaking down today's wandering into several email so you can organize
I thought maybe a special medicine bag pouch to hold a personal charm or
fetish (made from clay - or Sculpy) might be a good idea - rather than
leather - students could weave a bag. An ArtsEducators list member made
embroidered bags with her third grade students (I'll see if I can find that
Older students may even want to try cast pewter for the charm (doable for
middle school on up).
