Tommidi Nelalu (9 months), by veteran director Kranthi Kumar is all set to
make it to the Toronto Film Festival to be held in Canada in February.The
film, which has Soundarya in the lead, is based on a true story. Soundarya
plays an innocent village girl. For the sake of her family, she is ready to
give birth to a child with the help of modern science. However, after she
gives birth to the child, the society points accusing fingers at her. But she
fights against the society and law. The director shot the film in just 15
days. A R Rahman is recording for this film.
