Re: Please sign the petition urging GOI for a powerful resolution in UNHRC against Srilankan war crimes
- Mr.Subramanian Swamy,It is not surprising that you brand all those students all over Tamil Nadu who are showing their profound angst and righteous anger in a peaceful manner and call them as dropouts, violent, abuse and having LTTE/Naxalite/foreign missionaries links. You have no hesitation to paint anyone who raise their voice for human rights, dignity with contempt black. This is your neo version of Sanathana Dharma and Vasudeva Kudumbam. You are very much talented and always on your own terms, a Maverick. But, you seem to have contacts every where, across the World, in Israel, White House, not to forget, Colombo, CIA, RAW, CBI, ISI, may be even Mossad. From Delhi Tea parties to Seminars at Harvard, you are seen everywhere. Some times, your positive talents are in full bloom like what you did in Supreme court in 2G scam or when you filed the case against Miss.J.Jayalalitha, long back. But, many times, your wicked talents are also out in the open, the vicious, poisonous best, like when you wrote the venomous Hindu-Zionist article against minorities in DNA in July 2011. When a section of Tamil society , not only from Tamil Nadu, but all over the world are bleeding in their heart for what happened in the last days of Srilankan war, in the name of wiping away LTTE terror, you want to go shake hands with those who you think can help matters to dilute the resolution, as a loyal, ever-ready broker of President Rajapakse.Narayanan.AOn Mon, Mar 18, 2013 at 6:35 PM, Subramanian Swamy <swamy39@...> wrote:I have no intention to sign any such rubbish petition. Dear All,College students all over Tamil Nadu are peacefully agitating on the streets for the past one week for a right cause. Yes, they are vociferously demanding justice to the thousands of innocent tamil civilians who were massacred, raped, tortured in a number of inhuman ways before killed by the Srilankan army, amounting to genocide during the final days of Ealam war. The movement of the College students has picked up very well. It had been, so far, apolitical and spontaneous but of course catalyzed by the latest heart renting documentary released by Channel 4-No War Zone-the killing fields of Srilanka'. http://www.channel4.com/news/sri-lanka-civil-warParlimentarians in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have also spoken. Now, this is the chance to redeem ourselves as human rights defenders, educationalists, activists and citizens who believe in human dignity and a humane society. It is now or never, to lobby with the Union government to seek justice for what happened in Srilanka 3 years ago and for what is continuing even today in a systematic manner. An on-line petition has just been created which reads as given below. Please go ahead signing the petition and also forward to as many of your friends and associates as possible through out India.
