CENTRES' MOVE TO EXTEND RTE DEADLINES -  A PUBLIC FRAUD

Right to Education is a Birth Right of every person. The Government has made a mockery of this basic human and fundamental right. The Government has never intended to provide this right to the children of the masses and therefore, is engaged in DRAMA BUSINESS. The Centre's present move to extend the deadline of implementation of the provisions RTE Act, 2009 relating to infrastructure facilities in the schools is not only unconstitutional and anti-child but also a big fraud on the innocent people of this country.
