      Notes from Pakistan

It was an afternoon that saw much bonhomie between the women of two countries. At a recent FLO event in the city, members attended a panel discussion on promoting bilateral relations between India and Pakistan through soft power.Guests for the evening were Sheema Kermani, renowned classical dancer and theatre personality from Karachi,Saima Hayat,a former reporter and current

research analyst from Karachi and Saima Jan,a project coordinator working for marginalised communities. The ladies bonded over cultural similarities and discussed womens issues of both nations.
