Sorry, it's the opening weekend of deer season for folks who use muzzle loaders. I'm planning on being in the woods for as much of it as possible.

I understand there is still lots of space and feast, so if you decide to go at the last minute all will be cool

The Reminder

I just wanted to remind you that this upcoming weekend is Loch Bais's
Havoc. It will be held at the Caney Methodist Conference Center in
Minden, Louisiana.

The festivities for Saturday will include our Three Man Melee
Tourney; a silk painting demonstration by THLord James en les Breres
and Mistress Sarah MacGregor, two A&S competitions - a bardic and an
open category competition (please remember to bring your
documentation, if possible), and A&S classes, including:

Youth Combat by Baroness Bethany Bacon
History of Gleann Abhann by Baroness Barbara Sterling
Early Irish Poetry by Lord Bran Finn hua Neill

There will be a delicious feast in the evening. Afterwards, there
will be drumming outside and bardic in the hall.

The Shire of Loch Bais hopes to see you all there.
