Lately we have been making wild mobius coils.
They usually start out with a specific type of wire, Radio Shack item # 278-1509
http://tinyurl.com/yh385bb
This seems to be the best wire for the intitial coil which acts as a backbone for further embellishments with other types of wire. It is thin with a thick insulation. I bend it over once, twist in FORWARD mode(!) with a drill. Usually. One i made was the other way.
Then i may wind the cable around itself in either a CW or CCW direction, depending. This leaves 4 wire ends sticking out.
After that, i usually take other types of wire, sometimes twisted (usually in REVERSE mode) but often not. Wrap them around the original coil in various ways as i am prompted.

Here is the most elaborate one i have made so far:
http://loohan.com/mobius-antuvozy.jpg
I am presently casting it in strontium mix.
The wires are all programmed. I get that there are 65 lengths of wire in there (took me many hours - and 3 were added after pic was taken). Some solid, some stranded, some with 2 or 3 leads in them. Together, there are 22 different pgms in the wires.
I noticed that anytime i connect 2 wires, it is always + to + or - to -. (All wire has a yin and a yang end.)
Connection was always done by twisting, usually CW, but occasionally CCW. Do not cast bare untwisted wire in resin if you will be running electricity thru the coil. The resin is likely to seep between the wires just enough to discourage electrons from passing thru. Once years ago i even lost continuity in a unit several months later.
However, most of my coils do not connect to electricity these days, so no worries. Electrons are more finicky about conductivity than is orgone.

I hasten to add, with mobius coils size and complexity are NOT per se superior. All of the other "new wave" mobes i have made have been only a fraction as complex as the one i depicted.
I'll try to post more pics of them in the future.

Each coil is specifically engineered for a particular device they are having me make.
A custom coil can be used to upgrade an old orgone device with great efficacy. I'll have more to say about that on another thread in the future.

BTW, my original page on mobius coils is here
http://loohan.com/mobius.htm
reflecting various evolutions i've gone thru on the subject over the years.

That big coil i linked to is also one of the more symmetrical-looking ones i've made lately. Usually these new ones are rather lopsided:
http://loohan.com/mobiusCB-antuvozy.jpg
is one i made which will be the heart of a CB i plan to start making in a couple weeks.
I do not yet know what is going to be inside that fuse-holder or what all those wires will connect to.

Further notes:
Of course, this data also applies to figure-8 shape mobius coils.
Some of the wires (like those big twisted cables) may not always connect to other wires or anything else.
It doesn't matter so much sometimes what the end wires that do stick out are connected to. Sometimes they dead-end in rocks, magnets, electronic components, wire mesh, or just float in clear epoxy. It does matter some where you put them, but sometimes the difference is slight. The coil itself is the thing.

one. 8 wires, i get.

Here are some more pics. The coil i linked earlier

ended up in here:
http://loohan.com/stronti-cake.jpg
a most powerful device. Which will soon be re-cast with 2 more mobes:
http://loohan.com/mobius-antuvozy-strontblstr.jpg

Here's a mobe on a unit that will become the heart of a mini-CB:
http://loohan.com/mobius-antuvozy-miniCB.jpg

And here's one i will send to sittingtaoist to add to a CB:

These are 3 of the coils that went into the new CB i'm working on.

They are wrapped around Strontium-Barium orgonite and Violet Flame orgonite.

This is the mold i used:
http://www.amazon.com/World-Cuisine-Non-Stick-Silicone-Savarin/dp/B001ARY102
It is a bit fragile, as i tore 1 of the molds the first time i removed the cast, even tho it was lubed. I use lecithin pan spray for lube.

Sometimes they dead-end in rocks, magnets, electronic components, wire mesh, or just float in clear epoxy. It does matter some where you put them, but sometimes the difference is slight. The coil itself is the thing.

That is magnet wire i am using in those linked coils below. Magnet wire is not magnetic. It is copper wire that is used in winding armatures and electromagnets. It has a thin transparent or translucent enamel coat for insulation.

If using for electrical purposes, the insulation must be stripped from the ends. Unless it's "solderable" magnet wire, which has a meltable coating.

Since i am not using it for electrical purposes (usually), i do not bother to strip the ends.

Another wire i have used without stripping the ends is teflon-coated. I know i said on my mobius coil page not to use that kind of wire because it has a funky vibe, but so far i have used a small amount of it on 3 important coils. On occasion, that weird energy quality is desirable.

Also i often use steel baling wire in my coils. Occasionally even some heavier galvanized steel wire; not wrapped, but cut and bent into crescents.

Sometimes a bit of thin brass wire sold for picture-hanging at hardware stores.
Occasionally a little bit of silver wire.
Once even a length of lead-free solder.

In one case, i started with a standard infinity lotus coil, but then start weaving the excess wire around in odd and asymmetrical ways. This was when working on a coil for a specific complex project. Working from higher-dimensional knowledge.
Or just now i happened across an old scarab coil i had, and was guided to bend the antennae in spirals using a screwdriver, and set them just so at such-and-such an angle. This was to be connected to a specific setup of orgone devices in a certain way.

If you want to work with coils this way, the person to attempt to gain favor with is Antuvozy, the Red Nordic shamaness who is a member of The Programming Committee. She was the one guiding me.

A few months ago, 3 of my cat girls started working with Antuvozy and me on coils.

And now, we have picked up a couple exotic guys to advise even better.
I don't have a name or description of these latter characters, but they communicate well with The Committee, and i feel their presence working with me. Not just on coils.

Today is the first day i've worked with them. Aside from helping me on some incomplete projects i've been working on, they had me make these 2 coils:

http://loohan.com/coil11.21.11.jpg
The black lump is where i taped a stone to it.

http://loohan.com/coil11.21.11a.jpg
Not pretty but powerful. Of course i will cast this in something someday.

Neither of these coils is complete yet.

It is sentient, of course, and has programming by these 4 new allies as well as Arwen Undomiel, one of my fictional wives:

http://brind-gen.net/ is CIA site. Neither i nor the Pluvadians spotted that the guy was a shapeshifter back in those days. The present stuff on the site is weak and DORy and wasn't even made by him.

This guy is now dead.

Damn, Y! is doing weird formatting crap to this post that i can't get rid of.
