In 3012 AD (at least on some timeline), the grays were still a major hassle. They were so adept at creating new hatcheries and clones that it was an ongoing task to try to keep their population whittled down to manageable numbers.

So in 3012 The Committee came up with a new anti-gray program that weakened them greatly, and made it possible to severely reduce their numbers.

Last night we accessed this info. The present-time gray resonators (large drum-like things; 2 in Alpha Centauri and 7 in our Solar System) have had their programming modified already.

The program goes into metal or curing resin. I am away from home and won't be pouring for a couple weeks, but i get that resin with any metal shavings will work well. Resin without metal will take the pgm, but it probably won't work that well unless you at least wrap some foil around it or do something metallic, even paint.

The Committee can also reprogram some of the metal in older orgone devices with this pgm. This is happening to a lot of my stuff now.
Also metal roofs, vehicles, towers, etc. can take some of this pgm. USAF, Israeli, and NATO jets and ships are getting it now.
