      The default is to wait for "Cmd:" or something like that. The !! says
      don't look for anything and the 0 says don't wait any time either.

      <OpenCmd>~!!0</OpenCmd> says:
      (tilde) transmit nothing and suppress the <CR>
      (!!) don't look for anything in response
      (0) don't wait any time

      Hence, a No-Operation!

      Just don't get carried away and put a tilde (~) on the amode Kiss, or
      APRSISCE won't supply a <CR> and the Tracker2 won't execute the command!
