Attached is a PowerPoint including some map images showing APRS tracking of the CERT truck and individuals walking the field during Walpole day.One can verify the data by going to http://aprs.fi/ and searching on AB1PH-12 and KB1TJI-12.It would appear that APRS properly deployed can effectively track both vehicular and foot based assets in the field with readily available equipment. Fillin digipeater support to cover areas with difficult coverage is advisable.73,AB1PHDon Rolph
