These past 4 or 5 days, I've been playing with my latest APRS kluge. This time, we took a series of short trips around the local area, and then, a longer one to visit the grand kids.
I discovered I didn't have the maps I wanted to have. Now I'm prefetching strips of tiles along likely routes.
Since I don't have the time to sit and wait for the circle to expand, I start it, and then go do something else. When I come back, if I see no yellow circle, I must assume the prefetcher has done it's thing and is finished.
Your thoughts, please on this: When the yellow circle reaches the outer circle,(on a successful prefetch), have it trigger a color change in the "OSM Prefetch" line. Or perhaps a text change in the window.
