Ok, so the only link between the car and the RV is RF, right? So the
only way you'd be able to get a confirmation back is to turn your RV
into a digipeater provided that the local area's APRS frequency has the
capacity. As I understand it, the D710s come pre-configured as TEMPn-N
digis, so you could just change the car's path to TEMP1-1 and configure
APRSIS32 in the RV to digipeat that path. Then the car's D710 will hear
the repeat and say "My Position", right?

PS. <DigiXform>TEMP1-1=TEMP1*</DigiXform> in your XML file would enable
> When I beacon from my car and reach a digi-peater I get a confirmation back on my Kenwood D710 saying "My Position". That is the confirmation that the digi-peater heard me and I heard the digi-peater as well. Now, I have a situation here where there are no digi-peaters accessible. So I use my second D710 with APRSIS32 (development version) in my RV to put my beacons from the car's D710 onto the internet. I was then wondering how I can get a confirmation back from the RV to my car to indicate that the beacon from the car was heard by the RV.
