Fixed, but not explained. I simply renamed the folder containing my aprsis32 files and it started working again. I remembered to update the desktop shortcut

APRSISCE/32 doesn't do any APRS decoding. It relies solely on TNCs and/or soundcard modem programs to do the decoding. If you radio/TNC/soundcard decodes a

yeah I am having decode issues i hear it bursting and its prolly just junk but people are seeing me but I dont see them due to others closer using 1kw power.
