      I think what you want is simple HTML form submissions which
      is just how HTML forms work as in:

      <form action="script.asp" method="POST">
      <input type=submit>
      </form>

      If you are going for something else, please clarify, perhaps
      I do not know what you mean by an "auto-refresh".
