      It may be possible to see the value set via Apache::ASP::Response->AddCookieHeaders
      *after* it has done so by checking the Apache request object field for:

      Apache->request->err_headers_out->get('Set-Cookie')

      The Response object sets up the headers after a $Response->Flush is called.
      This method would not let you modify the header before being sent out,
      just see what was sent out already.
