I agree. Get a supervisor on the phone and give them a deadline, and tht if it isn't fixed you
are switching. When I did that, they had someone at my house the next day, gave me a new
modem, had the problem fixed, and I got 2 months free, and 2 months at 50% off.
Try it, it can't hurt. May even help your pocketbook.
