Iraq. The most vulnerable of Iraq's children may not survive the
      war.

The children of Iraq are extremely vulnerable to hunger, disease —
and now to bombing, fighting, and the disaster and disruption of war.

Please donate to UNICEF today. Your gift will save children's lives.

More than 1 million Iraqi children under the age of 5 are
malnourished. Infant death rates have doubled over the last 12 years.
Iraqi children and their families have suffered for decades from two
wars, years of international sanctions, and bad governance. Now the
war is likely to kill many Iraqis, displace children and their
families from their homes, and disrupt their already precarious
supplies of food, clean water, and health care.

Over 200 UNICEF staff members on the ground in Iraq are providing
food, clean water, and sanitation services for children and their
families. UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, has provided
support to Iraqi children since 1952.

If you live in western Europe, the toll free number to call to make
a donation for children in Iraq is 00800-UNICEF-33 (00800-864233-33).

Your donation may be tax deductible depending on the laws of your
      country.
