industry (at a guess, 80-90% male) and my work email address is an
alphanumeric combo left over from the days when your email addy had 8 and
only 8 characters available (but still had to be unique) -- I get more ads
directed towards men than you can imagine. And this is *after* my company
uses filtering software to get rid of the most obvious spam!! I'm not
sure what the spammers're thinking... as one of my co-workers put it,
"Even if I were interested in such items, I'd hardly respond from
