I've been interested in posting my thoughts on this subject here,
but wonder if a basis for such a discourse is worth the effort. Of
course it is, as Rudolf Steiner was the living proof of it by his
own account, in an autobiography that somehow comes to a conclusion
eighteen years before his death. Yet, he started writing it in
December of 1923, and had the last six months of his life to give
full attention to its completion. Yet, it ends in 1907. Why?
Steiner was not one to let things go unattended and uncompleted.
And the fact is that this autobiography was specifically asked for
by those that felt that his untarnished perspective was warranted in
order that a full description of his meaning and purpose became part
of the historical record of the genesis and development of
      anthroposophical spiritual science.

My feeling is that the autobiography was actually completed in its
entirety, but due to the fact that Steiner said he would give both
the external and internal revelation of his mission, revealing all
the players and their aims in the great second turning point of
time, it was taken in hand by those players close to him, and made
into an unfinished autobiography, in order to protect them, and
their aims, that eventually led to Hitler and his national socialist
party movement for a renewed and empowered Germany, which had been
given the very short end of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919.

Also, I must say that I strongly believe that Prokofieff knows of
this, and has read the unexpurgated autobiography of Rudolf
Steiner. And it both made him physically ill, as well as
galvanizing his own resolve to be the new bearer of the karma that
Rudolf Steiner first took on with the refounding od the society at
      the end of 1923.

Steiner said somewhere; it seems at Christmas of 1920, maybe, that if
anthroposophy failed to hook itself properly to the work of Michael,
that Michael would have to look for a new avenue in order to achieve
the objectives of the fifth cultural epoch.

You may have found one of the loopholes.
