      Dear Friends,

The September issue of Southern Cross Review has just landed on your
cyber-doorstep. Just open to page: http://southernCrossReview.org

In the Editors Page we suggest you check out John Kerrys complete
testimony about the Vietnam War before the U.S. senate.

Walid Batrawi sends an objective letter from Ramallah.

Under Anthroposophy a Steiner lecture has a social theme, and Alfred
Heidenreich, who knew him, writes a biographical sketch.

To complement last months Gospel of Mary, an annotated Gospel of Thomas is
      offered, along with an interpretation.

In the Fiction section, Louise Rinsers Miryam and my Frequent Flyer
continue. There also two short stories, one by Mike Ingles (whom youve seen
before) and the other by Yours Truly.

Tarjei Straume waxes nostalgic and reviews some favorite classic movies.

Bobby Matherne reviews a Mailer book about Picasso.

The poetry provides a triangular contrast Kipling, Novalis and Milosz.
Those of you who have never gotten down this far in the Table of Contents
are urged to do so this time.

      Enjoy!
