      What You Can Do

If you would like to see an end to animal suffering at the University and the vivisectors' funding sent to cruelty-free, scientifically valid programs, there are a number of things you can do.

      1) Sign the petition to abolish animal experimentation at the U of MN!

      2) Inform the vivisectors that you disapprove of their shameful practices, and demand that they stop conducting animal experiments immediately. The contact information that has been made publicly available is listed within each profile.
Note: this information is not intended for use in criminal activities.
      3) Go to their employers -- contact information for the University of Minnesota's:
      President
      Board of Regents
      Social Concerns Committee
      Research Committee

      4) Eliminate their grants -- contact information for:
      National Institutes of Health
U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services
      5) Get involved -- there are many local and national organizations that would love your help. The Links page has connections to several groups and resources. If you're in Minnesota, SOAR is an active group in which you can get involved. If you live elsewhere, the ARRS has a list of animal rights groups worldwide.
