      The people that put up the website also host an email
      list which I personally don't know how I would have
      gotten through my child's toddler years if I hadn't
      had those people to turn to for advice and support.
      The info is on that website too, just click on Parent
      Empowerment.

      Thanks Karen for your advice it is worth considering a wheelchair as right now i cant keep up with her and noone trusts me on my own with her in case i fall

        hurt myself.

        I checked out the web page you mentioned and its great
        i am just about to study it some more and i would
        recommend it to anyone else who has the same problem.
