I've seen in a multiude of sources that the Blitz on London. Occurred as a
result of happenstance. German bombers confusing their targets. The RAF
striking back agaisnt Berlin, and Hitler ordering reprisal.

So suppose those German bombers do not hit London.

      Does the Blitz still Happen?
      If not what conseqences occur?

Have Alien Space Bats take out the RAF within fighter range of Calais[essentially the southeast].  Now get your German army across the Straits.  Most of the RAF was out of range in the Midlands and North anyway plus the RAF plan in the event of severe losses was to abandon the southeast.
