Anybody recall how to do this in disk extended
BASIC? Say you have a 2 port SIO serial board with a
terminal on port 11 hex, and a paper tape reader/punch on
port 13 hex, you load a basic pgm from disk and want
to punch it out on tape.

That's the scenario
you have using the Altair simulator available at
http://simh.trailing-edge.com - you can 'attach' a bootable disk image of basic
(dsk0), and also 'attach' a file to the paper tape punch
(ptp), boot basic, load and run programs just fine, but
how can they be exported to the paper tape file?
LLIST doesn't do it. You CAN explicitely run

out 19,1
OK
out 19,2
OK
out
19,3
OK

and find that the numbers 1,2 and 3 do appear in the
paper tape file just fine. But LLIST, nothing.
