Jury selecton began today in the re-trial of Rick Tabish and Sandy
Murphy both charged in the murder of casino mogul Ted Binion. The
Nevada Supreme Court overturned the 1998 conviction last year. During
the investigation and first trial, several locations of alledged
buried caches of Binion's fortune were revieled including the
recovery of a treasure map from the accussed killer's Henderson
apartment. Tabish and others were arrested within 48 hours of
Binion's death unearthing one cache of 23 tons of silver with a value
of 5-million from the Nevada desert near Binion's 125 acre Pahrump
ranch. Another 3.5 million in rare Carson City minted silver
dollars is said to have been hidden by Tabish in the Vancouver B.C.
area. This new trial promisses to reviel even more locations of
      buried casino treasure.

My article: "Buried in the Desert" which appeared in Lost Treasure
      Magazine,(Sept. 2004,p. 62)gives a complete list of cache locations
in Nye & Clark Counties, Nevada that were developed during the first
      trial.

The Binion murder has been called Las Vegas` "Crime of the Century"
so stay tuned as the Tabish-Murphy Trial promisses to become Sin
City's "Trial of the Century." As new cache site locations are
developed I will post them here.
