      BOOK TALK: WILLIAM BARTRAM: THE SEARCH FOR NATURE'S DESIGN

      Thomas Hallock (University of South Florida), co-editor with Nancy
      Hoffman, will discuss this book. It contains letters, essays, and
      artwork by 18th.-Century natural historian, William Bartram, who
      explored much of the Southeastern United States including Alabama.

      DATE AND TIME: Monday, April 25 at 3 p.m.

      LOCATION: Special Collections and Archives Department, Ground Floor,
      Ralph Brown Draughon Library

      Copies of WILLIAM BARTRAM: THE SEARCH FOR NATURE'S DESIGN will be
      available for sale and signature by Dr. Hallock.

      Sponsored by: Auburn University Libraries, University Bookstore, and
      the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts and Humanities in the
      College of Liberal Arts. All are welcome to attend the lecture and the
      reception that will follow.
