Some items are listed without links because I either could not find online versions or could not find a free one.

      **Autauga Genealogical Society
      Date: Sunday, January 17
      Time: 2 p.m.
      Location: Autauga-Prattville Library, Doster Street in downtown Prattville
      Jan Earnest, Director of the Autauga-Prattville Library, will present the
      program, "Using the Library for Genealogical Research". She will discuss
      the holdings in the Alabama Room and how to locate research needs.
      Attendees will use the computers to become familiar with research on web
      sites such as Heritage Quest (available only at libraries), Ancestry.com and
      FamilySearch.org. Attendees are asked to bring copies of obituaries of people
      who have lived in Autauga County for inclusion in a new research notebook that will be
      placed in the Alabama Room. Visitors are always welcome to attend the
      meetings.
