      in Montgomery is the following series of records: Secretary of State,
      Constitutional Convention of 1861 records, 1861, one (1) reel of

      Scope and Content Note: This series includes committee reports,
      ordinances, resolutions and correspondence from January through March
      1861 that document the secession convention held in Montgomery, Alabama,
      that established Alabama as an independent state.
