      Colleagues,

As a member of the editorial board of Provenance, I am forwarding this
CFP to you in hopes you have something you can contribute.

Of course Provenance solicits articles for future volumes outside this
particular proposed issue on Archival Pioneers.

      Thanks for your consideration.

      Marty Olliff

Subject: Soliciting articles on Southern archival pioneers

I am hereby soliciting articles, written or unwritten at present, on
archival pioneers in the South to be published in an upcoming issue of
Provenance. Articles may relate to historic figures or to pioneer
archivisits who are still working among us. The length of the article
would be far less important than the quality of it. I expect to accept
works of varying lengths and a variety of states. Photographs would
      also be desirable.

Provenance is celebrating thirty years of publication, and we continue
to seek ways to highlight work in the southern region of the United
States whenever possible. I think this will be an excellent way to
bring attention to key role models and predecessors, and I hope that you
will help us in this effort. Thank you so much!

      Susan G. Broome
Editor, Provenance (Society of Georgia Archivists)
