      That does not quite make sense, a computable pdf means any density *function* that can be simulated by a computer (i.e., a finite program), the input to induction is (truly) stochastic. 

      What I can say right now is that, do not believe everything you read, even on this list. However, here is a shortcut: Solomonoff induction model is complete, read his articles.
